"Horrible patient care and total lack of regard for the mental health of their patients. Unorganized, unable to return phone calls and very rude. When I ran out of a med I take daily, and the doctor was on vacation, they didn't have anyone on site that could send my script. When on the phone, the nurse literally said "you'll live" and then denied ever saying it. Completely unprofessional especially when dealing with a mental health patient. Shows their true lack of compassion and disregard for actually helping people. This is just one of many examples of poor patient care, I could write a book on this place."
