"They sent my balance to a collection agency before even giving me a bill. They are also very difficult to get a hold of and rarely answer the phone. I often have to follow up with them to get prescriptions filled. The only positive is the physician I see, John Huber, seems to be a decent guy."

"My mother is 87. I live 2.5 hours away. I called about an appointment. She did as she was asked to do. Other than what we were told was nothing like it was done. When she arrived she went to the door they told her to text she was there. No one answers the phone. My mom can but really how many elderly are confident in texting? Told her to go through drive through. No one in tent. They were rude to her and didn’t want to be bother. No wonder our EDs are over flowing with patients that only need to be seen in an office by THEIR doctor. Stop blaming COVID we are 2 years in. We know how to protect ourselves and the patients."

"I just made an important call to the receptionist desk to check on an upcoming scheduled appointment with my PCP. I waited for five minutes... no answer to the call, I finally hung up. I waited five minutes and called again. This time, I wanted for a minute and finally had a few one word conversational reply from the receptionist regarding the appointment....."YEP and "YEP". Is there such a thing as on the job professionalism and proper communication skills! What a disappointment. I think I am going to be getting a new PCP at a different location. other than Mon Wedgewood."

"I’ve had a very good experience with this office. The office staff is very friendly. They have a good system for handling COVID-19 cases to keep everyone safe. This office appears to run like a well-oiled machine. I see John Huber who is an experienced nurse practitioner. He is very professional and knowledgeable. I have no doubt that I’m in good hands and will continue using him as my primary care provider."

"I was feeling pretty bad, i was a walk-in patient and expected a long wait. I also expected (based on other reviews) to have staff that seemed not to care and attitude. I experienced NONE of that, exact opposite. I called prior to see if they took walk-ins, she was very nice and seemed happy. My wait was appropriate once taken back, Ruby, Dr.Huber, Brittany promptly took care of me, i was impressed with all staff a i observed or interacted with."
