"I attended HFS in the 80s and 90s and now send my children there. It is a wonderful place where the teachers truly care about each student. They have high expectations, and the children reap the high rewards that come with that. But they are also kind and generous and, with the small class sizes, are truly able to get to know the kids. I saw some reviews that complained of no air conditioning - but don't worry, it's coming soon! Lots of improvements on the way! Overall, the kids get a great, well-rounded education (music, science, art, theater, many clubs and sports) where they can excel and feel a part of a family at the same time."

The teachers are truly passionate and engaged in the classrooms to create an environment that allows the children to flourish and learn. The faculty and staff have done wonderful job of balancing education and creativity in the classrooms, on the stage, in the music room, in the art room, and in the sciences by offering many opportunities for the children to express their talents and interests."
