"The wait time was exceptionally short. I went in at around 8:30 this morning. The staff, including JoAnn, who worked this morning were truly amazing. Even though I was feeling unwell, their kindness and care made me feel much better. They promptly conducted a Covid test, which unfortunately came back positive, and provided the necessary guidance. I just wanted to appreciate their exceptional service today."

"Very bad signage. There is a sign that states take a number, sit down and we will call you. We'll after 30 minutes my wife went to the receptionist who was not pleasant and rude. This place needs better signs that tells you to see receptionist before you sit down or allow you to use the normal kiosk."

"I went to UPMC Wexford on a Friday morning for a deep cut on my thumb. Most of those in the crowded, poorly ventilated waiting room had respiratory infections, but no masks to protect others. I put a mask on and a sign on the wall said I could ask any of my caregivers to wear a mask. None of them appeared to be ill, so I didn't. The wait was 1 ½ hours. A few days later I have severe laryngitis and am getting sicker. Just a heads up to others as to the unintended consequences of going to this facility that seems too small for the size of the community it serves. UPMC should use some of its vast, untaxed income to install airflow systems that might help in a cramped little facility like this."

She spoke confidently, was very kind and informative, answered all of my questions, and gave me tons of faith that I would be recovering soon with the remedy that she had prescribed. Thank you!!!"
