"I have loved this facility & the staff here since my intake appointment. I am a diverse person in multiple ways, and I have NEVER been looked at or treated differently in any way here. My physician, Kayla Klaus (PA-C), outperforms professionals I've previously seen by being exceptionally personable, kind, patient, thorough, etc. Also, I always pre-fill whichever information I can online & prior to my appointment. I usually arrive five to ten minutes early, and I am always promptly checked-in and taken back to my exam room. In my experience at other facilities, waiting past my scheduled appointment time usually meant that my provider was held up caring for another patient. Waiting longer than anticipated sucks for anybody but is sometimes required for all patients to receive the care that they need. Physicians are responsible caregivers for being thorough with patients."
"Garbage system..doctors can't do anything really! Antacids cure back pain, coughs, carpel tunnel and literally everything they don't want to actually treat. Doctors here are very competent and I love that but the system is garbage.."
