"Never been to this particular office. Was only ever a patient at the Preferred Primary Care on Curry Hollow. Somehow this office got my information and scheduled an appointment. Pretty sure that’s a violation of HIPPA that they are sharing my information between offices. The one on Curry Hollow is incompetent. I have never returned to that one. Seeing as this one somehow magically created an appointment for me after 3 years of not returning to the Curry Hollow Road office, I am going to assume this office is just as incompetent. Highly recommend never going to any of their offices as the administrative staff will never have correct addresses or insurance information on file and create fake appointments for no reason. I really hope that I wasn’t lied to and that they actually deactivated my chart this time unlike the one on Curry Hollow Road lied and said they did 3 years ago! Let it be known the incompetence of both offices is why this review is going on this one. I have already negatively reviewed the one on Curry Hollow, but this one deserves a negative review for creating an appointment for me at an office I’ve never been to! It makes no sense why they would have access to my information. Idc if it’s shared between offices. That’s not acceptable."

"I’ve been going to this office since I was 18. Dr. Mally and Sarah, NP, are my consistent providers. They always make a point to really get to know me and what’s going on vs. just rushing me in an out like most offices. We’ve built a really strong relationship over the last decade or so and I’ve been very pleased with their help keeping me healthy all around. Plus if I need testing, it’s available in office so I’m not making 3 more appointments to get standard things completed, which is awesome. Now, they often run behind, so I just allow an extra 30 minutes or because I know the care they’re giving to me is the same thing offered to the patients before me. Overall, a wonderful practice with high quality providers. I’d absolutely recommend them to anyone."

"Office staff, medical assistant, Dr. Shetty and lab tech took care of all my husband’s needs. He had bloodwork drawn in the office and had a quick response with the results / recommendations. Alaina, medical assistant relayed all information to Dr. Shetty to address with my husband. Due to husband’s medical problems, case manager Bonnie will be calling monthly to check on him. Everyone there is pleasant and does their job well. Highly recommend!"

"My wife and I just starting using Preferred Primary Care Physicians in McMurray, Pa. On our first visit for primary checkup and wellness check we were sent information to fill out well ahead of time and we were seen on time for our appointments. My doctor spent a good amount of time with me and talked over some issues and concerns I had. They ordered a few labs and other services and contacted me the next day about my next steps. We had a good first experience with this office."
