"I live over an hour away from this office. Every time I call to schedule an appointment, typically virtual, I am met with the worst attitude by the receptionists. Dana, a receptionist at this office, has the worst attitude of them all. She always cuts me off while I’m talking. She doesn’t listen and she offers no help. Rude, incompetent, and disrespectful. This is why I always hesitate to call in, because Dana is usually the one who answers and she is awful."

U end up having to go in to get anything accomplished. The office staff just tells u that it is your error or blame the phone systems."

This is the manager there, however it doesn't take long to see this individual doesn't have the emotional fortitude to operate as one. Stay away."
