"This review is in regards to the Moon location. This place is horrible at keeping your appointments. They will cancel on you with only 40 minutes notice even after they already confirmed via text earlier in the week. They have cancelled on me multiple times. I am not sure how a company stays in business this way? They did not tell me prior to me buying a package that they have very limited availability at this location for body wraps. The rooms they use are multipurpose and not always set up for your arrival. If I can ever use all of the sessions that I purchased I will not be returning here."
