"They got me. They approved for me to move in, then at the last minute they cancelled my approved apartment and I was "denied" at another vacant. So I asked if they would move me to the one that was approved, he says I was denied. So why do I have a letter of approval just to be denied? His response, it's a third party. Well, seems like someone dropped the ball here and I will be without a home"

"I took a tour here, loved it! Had my eye set on the apartment that reached my standards. Everything was in the works for 2 weeks. I came in and showed my face in office in those 2 weeks, to make the process easy. They told me everything was good and set. They gave me my move in date. (Which was about another 2 weeks because the apartment was getting “new carpet and wasn’t ready yet”) and then randomly one morning I get an email saying unfortunately the apartment won't be available. My heart sank. I was ready to move in. I had cancelled all my other appointments at different apartment complexes. Then, I had to cancel my u haul and moving plans. I was told to talk to a manager. He was busy or wasn't there every time I had come into the leasing office to try and get some answers. I finally got a hold of him on the phone and said I'd rather talk to him in person and he said no I promise you I can address this if you express your concern over the phone because he had maintenance people waiting and was busy. So I did, He understood and said “these things rarely happen.” He said he would call me the next week for a follow up but nothing. He never called back and I'm still waiting for the call. It’s been more than 2 months. It was super discouraging because from the moment i first went in to check out the place, everyone was super nice especially Ashley and Morgan. I always looked forward to speaking with them because of how much they helped me. I never wanted to leave a review because like this apartment complex and the area. I just feel like it was a waste of time. It's Extremely disappointing how they handled the situation. I was left in the dust. I always lived in apartments and never experienced something like this before."

"I can not wait to move out of here. If you have issues they will never be resolved. I have been without a dishwasher for almost my entire lease because I gave up trying to get it fixed. There are mold issues from an upstairs leak in my bathroom and in my utility room as well, which do not seem to be an issue to management. When you email the leasing office, do not expect a response. When you call the leasing office expect to be met with half answers and rudeness."

"Absolutely love it here. It’s a quiet and well kept neighborhood. The office employees are awesome and very helpful as well as maintenance. I highly recommend checking it out of looking for a nice place for a decent price."

"I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE MOVING TO THESE APARTMENTS!. They’re a ripoff and they’re not worth the money!. I told people how they are when they ask me. The front office do not respond back to your emails right away. I’ve had problems with this apartment complex. They are quick to take you to court if you don’t pay on time. I’ve had multiple people tell me the same thing. All of my neighbors are moving out because of the management. Ever since they switched companies this place has been going down. Management isn’t polite. My co-worker and her family said the same thing she told me that her family hates living in these apartments. They are moving out of them too. I’ve tried to reach out to management multiple times and never heard from anyone. They don’t reply back until two weeks or more. It’s a big joke if you ask me!."
