"I recently finished 3-4 months of rehabilitation at NovaCare after being referred by my podiatrist because of constant ankle and back pains from years of poor posture and being flat-footed. The team at NovaCare in Grove City is top-notch. You can tell they sincerely care about what they do, and it made me want to keep coming, even twice a week. But more than caring, they were experts. They understood the body's natural functions and implemented exercises to move me toward my goals. I wanted to be able to take walks with my family without pain and go for runs without pain. All of these goals were achieved in this 3-4 month period. What made me want to write this review is their ability to adapt. As I progressed through my rehabilitation, they adapted my stretches and routines to fit my goals as I became stronger. They even got creative with a list of stretches and exercises that could meet my future goals even after I no longer am coming. One month later, I still use these routines nearly daily. What can I say but thank you."
