"I liked this group until they stated playing the money game with me. I have insurance and it covers me once a year for an exam with the choice of glasses or contacts. I called to ask to order more contacts. They told me that the only way I could order new contacts was IF I scheduled an eye exam. I DO NOT NEED another eye exam. It has NOT been a year and my eyes are fine. THEN they said it was because I never had my eyes dilated at the last exam…. Welll, excuse me… I AM NOT THE EYE DOCTOR and by NO means would I ever tell them NOT to do it. So, they have now lost our entire family that once went there. Seriously, loss of business over such bull !"

"I would agree with you however he is brusk, hurried, da rude, condesending and resentful of questions. I asked that my regular MD be notified same day as I have been waiting for this consult to receive a perscription of antibiotics to treat a fungal lung infection he would not listen when I told him I had been waiting for 4 months for this medication ( he had to ask me what the wh at abbreviation of the disease stood for) he cut me off and screamed that it would be done electronicly. OK when I call my MD 5hrs later not received. Call laurel eye clinic and my chart is in medical records so they could not help me. I begged for them to call and expidite the sending of the consult. I personally would stay as far away as possible as he has no respect or concern for people."
