"Unable to see the new PCP after over a year and the previous PCP retired. NO only scheduled with PA's, etc. Additionally, no one can properly fill out a prescription or answer the phone during their own available hours. 8a-4p. A call placed at 3:10pm to correct needed prescriptions only to be met with a message the office is closed call back during our open hours m-f 8a-4p. Just another poorly ran AHN office, I shouldn't be surprised. Also they have a terrible checkin process that takes an exhorbitant amount of time and are constantly behind as others have stated. they once kept me in the room for over an hour, because I was planning to leave but miraculously they were then able to see me then."

"If I could leave zero stars I would, the doctor I had there was so very kind and he left unfortunately. I was not told until I was unable to fill my medication, due to my doctor leaving this practice. NO ONE REACHED OUT at all from the front desk to notify me so it then became very difficult to get my medication refilled until I saw another one of their doctors. I asked for a certain doctor, they lied and scheduled a different doctor, that I was told by others was very rude and unprofessional. THEY WILL LIE TO YOU ABOUT WHO THEY SCHEDULE YOU WITH!! You will request a certain doctor and they will put you with who ever has the least amount of patients. The doctor they gave me was Dr. A FaKeh. Before he even introduced himself he proceeded to tell me he was taking me off meds that I have been on successfully for over a decade. Now I have to find a completely new Dr. and practice and they will not refill my daily medication because they told me the refill nurse Courtney was currently too busy during flu charts. I have waited almost two weeks for them to refill all my medication properly. And it is hard to have to call everyday to maybe get a nurse or maybe get their answering service operator to let them know they once again did not refill my medication. You will almost never get ahold of the actual front desk and never receive a call back. I was also told by others that Dr. Dutta did the same things to many patients."

"If you need to speak to a staff member or see a doctor this is not the doctor office for you. I tried calling for an appointment for a potential kidney stone. They called me back 5 weeks later! Just today, 6/26/2020, I tried calling for information about testing and 30 minutes before their closing time I was prompted to the office is closed recording . Then the office is closed recording then told me to press a number for the doctor on call and I was hung up on. Pine Hollow is welcome to contact me, these are all factual events!"
