"If you have moved out or are moving out of Waterford (they own the randell apartments as well- check the reviews at their other place) and are facing charges that are normal “wear and tear” and have documentation and photos, please look for the class action law suit coming against this place. If you have a charge for wall priming or carpet replacement, you are most likely wrongly charged. A website or facebook group will soon be posted to share your information."

"Manager Alicia is very rude! No people skills what so ever! Confronts people aggressively and very hostile. Seems to think she has POWER over everything and everyone. Very nosy neighborhood. Seems as though you're living in York City in section 8 housing by the way the people act. Places are OLD inside and the foundation is settling causing cracks in the walls and on patio cement. Front doors are a joke! There is NO DEAD BOLT LOCKS; and the bottom lock when you lock it from the inside you can still open the door without unlocking it making it VERY UNSAFE if you have children! The windows are very drafty and outdated! Mold behind the shower/tub! Hardly anyone has blinds and curtains hanging up in there windows! Looks very trashy seeing blankets hanging instead of curtains and blinds! Not allowed to install your own air conditioner in the window(s). Never heard of such non sense. Carpets are outdated and old. Washer & dryers are in an awkward position so have fun washing your clothes! No privacy outback or out front of your townhouse it is conpletely open for the entire complex to watch you. Stray cats everywhere around the complex eating trash or whatever they can get into. Water bugs and potato bugs in your house. Snakes outside as well. Poison ivy in the rubbish out back of your townhouse depending on which unit you live in. Really miss the old manager Jackie! She was fantastic!"

"Rented 2003/2004 & returned to rent 2016/2017. Both times were great. Reasonable rates, great property & meticulous care goes into the groundskeeping & units. The only trouble was the blizzard in Jan 2016, but it wasn't the fault of the owners...their plowguy backed out on a 4&1/2ft snowfall. Everything else was great. Randy & Jackie are awesome."

"Cute apartments with personal parking spaces. Appliances are newer, there's a deck off of the kitchen and 1 1/2 baths for a 2 bedroom place. Very quiet area, mostly families with children. Bathrooms could use updating but everything else is nice for what you pay."
