"It’s such a shame that such a conniving, disrespectful group of people run a conglomerate on Millersville renting. They are beyond unprofessional (as you can see through their responses to poor ratings) in all manners. In email chains with Erika and Allison, they would give snotty, blatantly rude responses to genuine questions. They are lucky that they snatched up almost every rental in Millersville so that nobody has any other choice but to rent through them."

"After we lost our home and belongings in a fire on 6/2/23, we thought we would be living in a hotel forever! We have a pitbull, who thinks he is a lap dog and no one would rent to us! We looked at many properties our insurance company found for us that would accept dogs and none of them were safe for our kids! We met with Erika, who was a sweetheart, and told our insurance company we wanted that rental! We moved in and everyone we have had interactions with including Emily and Allison have been amazing! Every email and phone call to them has been professional and every concern has been taken seriously and addressed promptly. I would highly recommend Magnolia Lane Properties to everyone! Thank you for providing us with our temporary home while we rebuild our life!"

"It’s no wonder they aren’t accredited with the better business bureau. Stay away and save yourself the unprofessionalism and your money. Renting from this company was the worst decision me and my roommates could have made financially. Don’t expect any of your security deposit back."

"On a scale of 1-10 living in their units i give a 3 1/2..if you are student id advise you to choose another place. they held my security deposit pass 30 days. due to the other tenants not finding a replacement and told me the weren't releasing it until they found someone to replace it, as well as told me another option would be for me to contact the old tenants and have them work out a payment plan for them to pay me back...mind you this is not on the lease. This rental properties is extremely inconsiderate and money hungry TRUST ME Please do not respond to my comment/ review being wrong. I know what experienced in this place and with the workers who work there. Update: And then have a nasty attitude to everything , when they are in the wrong. They wanna argue in the review comments like our experiences living with them isn’t valid."

"It has been two years since I escaped from the Hell that is renting from Magnolia properties and you can see at how they respond to all of their honest (aka bad) reviews they have a very hard time being supportive or taking ownership. Someone broke into our rental and robbed me while I was pregnant. When we decided to move for safety they would not negotiate anything for the next 5 months of the lease. THEN kept the entire cleaning deposit for issues that they never fixed or happened from the robbery. Its amazing these people can sleep at night."
