"After the property being taken over by the new ownership, the property is now in a much better shape. The new own started to renovate the space and rooms. Starting with the leasing office and other vacant units. The office was a 1970 style deco, now it is so modern with great color combination. (I am including some before and after pictures in this review). The newest renovated room, Unit 106, is a complete modern style room now. The renovation does not stop at the hardwares. It also comes in the services. The new pest control contractor they use has done a great job eliminating pests. The new management team is very friendly. They care for the residents. They are very responsive and helpful."
