Waterfront Urgent Care

"If I could give zero stars I would. Horrible service. I went into the urgent care for a simple drug screen test I needed to complete for my next travel assignment and called the facility to see if I needed an appointment first. They told me no appointment needed I could just walk in and get it done. Well after over an hour of waiting in the lobby, and several people who came in after me were taken back I left… It was a simple drug screen. I didn’t need to be seen, my test would take a matter of minutes to complete. And they told me no appointment needed so how did people come check in AFTER me and get called back first… that just makes no sense to me. If I needed to see the doctor I get waiting, but again it was a drug screen. I have to do a new one every time I travel to a new facility and I’ve never waited more than 5-10 minutes. This place has no idea what they are doing. Can only image the kind of care the provide."

"I am not from the area and was very fortunate to visit Waterfront Urgent care on Christmas Eve morning of all times to be ill. This is an exceptional healthcare facility. They were compassionate and caring, from registration to the doctor Buzzard and nurse. Thanks for helping me get well!"

"Waterfront Urgent Care is by far the best Urgent Care in Morgantown, I had my Son seen a few weeks ago and the staff could not have been more caring and kind. Leighann and the front staff are so freindly and helpful at the front desk, the MAs and xray technician were also sympathetic and very competent. They truly listen and care. I was seen in only a few minutes after check in which is something rarely seen in healthcare anywhere nowadays. I saw Dr. Chris Kennedy who was professional, kind and helpful. The staff made us feel like family. I would recommend this Urgent Care to everyone looking for compassionate and exemplary care."

"Since waterfront urgent care opened up. My family and I have had a great experience there everytime. Staff has been polite and friendly, even during the covid time when they were stressed.
