Reviews of Raintree Run Apartments
"I have been living in a studio apartment at Raintree Run for 12 years now. I've only had one issue with Hendersen-Webb and it was worked out. I've never had a problem with maintenance not showing up in a timely manner. They've always been very friendly. Overall my experience here has been good. I'm happy we have the security of needing a key to get in the building as other complexes in the area still don't and this is a major problem as especially during winter months, strangers come in seeking warmth. The setting of this place is beautiful and grounds are well taken care of. Diane W."
"Customer service was great I had a little delay which should have been easily over looked base on everything else but at the end of the day all went well and ended well I would recommend it."
"Whenever I have an issue they come to fix it! I appreciate that. I would like to upgrade my lease to move to larger apartment in the same complex because this place feels like home to me. But I don't think you can do that haha. Thank you!"
"Incredibly frustrating. My AC was broken and it did not get addressed for 5 days. I asked that they adjust my rent for the inconvenience. The office could not approve that so they told me to send an email to an email provided. It has now been 16 days and I’ve emailed 3 times and no one has responded. NOW my AC is broken again and it has now been 4 days of having no AC"
"A few points… it’s affordable (for the current economy and the area) and maintenance is friendly. Now…. I get bugs in my apartment, spiders, centipedes, a few roaches… keep in mind I am meticulously clean… I went without AC for 4 days and had to call 3 times to get it fixed during hot summer days. There are people in my building who smoke cigarettes and green stuff… I don’t mind the green stuff but just do it outside? My lungs are horrible so I’ve been having breathing issues when people smoke by the laundry room which is right by my apartment front door. Doors aren’t sealed well so the smoke and smell come right in… they slapped my apartment together to be ready for me but the carpet wasn’t installed right, the walls were painted but not done well so the paint is bubbling and I know they’ll make it my fault when I go to move out… the washers are community style which in theory would be fine but I have had people ADD THEIR CLOTHES to my laundry cycle and steal the dryer … plus they are tiny and expensive, plus they don’t work well. It’s frustrating to say the least. ($2.05/ wash and dry… generally you have to dry twice) I live on the ground floor so the mowing throws mud and debris at my windows, so they’re never clean which…… I’m a big fan of clean windows. It’s already a dark apartment so having windows that aren’t clear is kinda hard. The door buzzer to let people in only works maybe half the time, I’m guessing the electrical is old. As far as the residents go my upstairs neighbor fights with her partner all the time and it gets LOUD, cops come to other buildings all the time too… so if you’re looking for feeling safe or may have some previous trauma and seeing cops or hearing screaming/ fighting bothers you I wouldn’t recommend it. Oh… and one SUPER annoying point is the smoke detector is literally outside the bathroom and I get the WHY it has to be there but you can’t even take a like warm shower without the steam setting it off, I’m a cold shower girl and it goes off with EVERY shower. Again… if you’re triggered by loud noises that’s not great. I like the area. I really do. But this apartment could do better pretty easily. This apartment isn’t the worst I’ve lived in, but I have certainly had better. Oh…. And I never got to see my apartment before I moved in, I didn’t even get to see the building until move in day, and it looks much different than the model. Which is fine, but annoying."
