"I’ve had a very nice experience receiving care at this office over the last 6 months. The office staff are helpful and friendly, and have even learned my name as I check in. They always answer and return phone calls promptly. In the times I’ve missed an appointment, they’ve called and we’ve always been able to reschedule within a week. I’ve called 10 minutes before an appointment and asked to do it over telehealth, and we’ve always been able to make the switch seamlessly. I’m never waiting in the waiting room for very long, and I am always called back for my appointments on time. The therapist I see has made a difference in my life. She really helps me understand and think through my behavior and experiences, and is very validating of my feelings. She helps me to see different paths and learn healthier coping strategies. I asked for worksheets to do between appointments, and she always gives me ones that are relevant and helpful. The nurse practitioner who prescribes my meds really takes the time to listen and understand. I never feel like I’m being rushed. When a medication isn’t working, she finds out why before recommending something new. She explains to me why she thinks the new medication could help and how it works. When I needed a break from medication, she even prescribed me a Magnesium citrate supplement just to see if that would help as a place holder, and it did help with my anxiety a lot. I appreciate her openness and willingness to work with me. And her office is very cozy. And from what I understand, my therapist and nurse practitioner will check in with each other behind the scenes from time to time to make sure they’re on the same page and are taking the best course of action for my care. Overall, 10/10, great experience. Would recommend."

"I’ve been going to therapy here for a little over 7 years. I’ve been seeing my current therapist there for about 2-3 years. I’ve been trying to schedule an appointment for 6 months. I’ve left numerous voicemails with 0 returned calls. Going from speaking with someone every once or twice a week to nothing for over 6 months really hasn’t done my mental health good and from what family and friends have said, it seems like it’s actually declined because of it. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because I really like my current therapist. But since no one can return my calls I’ve taken action to find a new one."

"They just quit calling to schedule, they refuse to return my calls. Im 3 months without meds and losing it. I need help and my insurance costs 300 a month yet this is the only office accepting people it seams. Edit. They still refuse to return calls. How are people who need counseling and stuff supposed to get help. When someone kills themselves because they cant get help thats on you. 2nd. Edit. They called me out for posting this yet they still wont answer phones or return my calls. Need to reschedule with a dr. Good luck the front office needs replaced. These people are incompitent."

"If I could give this place a big fat ZERO, or better yet a negative star review, I would! The office staff are rude and the psychiatrist are inconsistent and beyond incompetent! They NEVER read any info provided prior to the apt (including change in telephone number)! The psychiatrist won’t call for another HOUR past your apt time (or just not call at all!) then talk to you for literally 2 minutes… Never ever ever would I recommended receiving ANY service from this place…. Absolutely ridiculous. Go somewhere else if you want effective treatment."

"If you need mental help, DO NOT expect to get ANY from this office. Twice now I have called with an urgent issue and have gotten no response from the psychiatrist the whole day. You have to put your foot down and call multiple times for them to seem to care. They do NOT take mental health seriously nor do they take urgent/emergency situations seriously. Mental health is not a joke but as long as they’re getting paid, that’s all they seem to care about. It’s truly sad how the situations were handled. When people’s lives are on the line, that should be taken care of IMMEDIATELY, no questions asked. It should not take the entire day just to tell me they can schedule an appointment for the following day. That’s terrifying considering for some people, the next day is too late."
