"If i could give 0 stars I would, been here for a little over a year and I can not wait to get my family out of this hazard hole of a home they put you in. Before we moved in I asked Tiffany to do a walk through and I was constantly told that the unit was not ready until a day before we moved in. And there were still many things wrong with the unit. I had to go back and forth with maintenance for months about my front door not being sealed properly, there was a dead mouse in the utility closet, one of the steps was broken under the carpet, and we had to do an overall deep clean of the unit before moving our stuff in. We settled and things were ok but if something goes wrong in your unit you are better off fixing it yourself. The cabinets are basically dry rotted, the hose to our dryer was never on correctly, I had to basically put borax under the carpet for ants that are everywhere. The list goes on, one of the sinks in our upstairs bathroom is completely rusted on the inside, they came and sprayed white spray paint over it, which wiped away and the rust is back. Our stairs caved in again after being fixed the first time. The plumbing for the toilets is dated so we keep getting leaks in the ceiling that they just paint over. They give you the option to pay for a parking spot that you will never get. I’ve even asked to be put in a different unit and was told by Tiffany that the problems may be either worse in a different unit or just a whole different set of issues. And to top it all off Tiffany in the leasing office tries to be very nice but is very condescending and talks to you like you are a child. Save yourself the headache and find somewhere else to live."
"Thanks for getting the job done quickly. This washer is bigger and adequate for a family. Now I only wish mantainence would clean up any mess prior to leaving, but other than that very pleased. They are always polite."
"If I could give this place negative stars I would. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT LEASE HERE. I didn’t even get a chance to properly get to the point to sign a lease. Tiffany and her counter part in the leasing office are very craft and they are crooks. I submitted my application on October 14 and paid $25 to submit. There is a holding fee of $100 that is not taken until you are approved. I was on approved on the 18 of October and the $100 came out on the 19th. On the website it says you must cancel your application within 72 hours to get a refund. This leasing office refuse to give me my $100 back after not taking it until the 19th claiming it’s past the refund hours. How can you get a refund on something they was never taken. They have a very nice nasty attitude. I’m glad I didn’t sign a lease with them because this was a clear reflection of what they would have done if I did which is lie, cheat and steal."
"Lived here for almost 2 years. Tiffany was great. However a few issues new tenants should be aware of: - You will have a hard time reaching someone in the leasing office, 85% of the time. - Unless its an “emergency “ request, you have to literally pester maintenance. Our upstairs bathroom fan/ventilation was so bad mold would constantly grow. After several maintenance requests, we said screw it and just took pictures. A maintenance person came and just cleaned the fan that we constantly explained doesnt work. - Our upstairs toilet overflowed and started flooding the upstairs, and toilet water leaked down into the kitchen. We were told a sanitation team would stop by- no one ever did, I cleaned it myself. After almost 3 hours, someone finally came by from maintenance. After being told we would not be charged for damages, we received a move out statement for something in-between 800-1000$. After constantly emailing and calling, we received an updated statement later that was significantly less. All and all, area is nice. Neighborhood is normally ok, however don’t rely on maintenance. If you can fix something minor, do it yourself. And when it comes to renewing your lease, make sure to do it months ahead of time because our lease almost got cancelled due to no one responding. It’s a “ok” community to stay in but it is DEFINITELY not worth the $1300 for a 2 bedroom due to poor communication and honestly low quality of building upkeep."
"Hello, I’m a new tenant at this property and so far things has been great, I really don’t have to many things to complain about. The property is clean it appears that staff are professional but maintenance could do a little better job with the turnovers in preparation for the new tenant. I know things will never be perfect however some small things can be avoided if addressed correctly the first time once the previous tenant moves out. Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend this property to others!! If you’re looking to move in this area choose this clean quite nice complex."
