"I called teddy to discuss my tax for my business and get them done. He charged me $500. I asked Teddy,”WHAT SERVICES COME WITH THE $500 price tag?” Ted responded with the first 5 words that I say to you in a consultation will be worth $500. Well he started by insinuating that I will be in front of a judge simply because I did not state properly what services I will perform in my business BECAUSE HE ASSUMED THAT I WILL BE A BARBER, working with the public. And I will be sued for mid representing. Wrong teddy, I’m not doing barber services so I made it a point to not put that type of service in my articles of organization. Ted actually found that, after he was listening, NONE OF WHAT HE ASSUMED, was I even incorporating. He scared me with all of his assumptions of what he thought I was doing. Like I was pre criminally about to do crime and fraud! All this for $500. I thought he was going to bring me up-to-date with my taxes.. we never even touched on tax help. I felt scammed with no contract and a $500 PayPal receipt. Let’s add that I repeatedly stated I am a minority single mom, wanting to build a business for my family. I believe he saw a sucker and I still did not receive any tax help. We talked like old friends for an hour. Not professional, and still no tax help, or a contract specifying what tangibly came with the $500 tax consultation. I felt so scammed and also felt like I could have invested that $500 for products for my business. Nothing of GOOD FAITH PRINCIPALS were shown with Teddy. Just confusion and me, a single mom out $500 that I already did not have. I felt that there should have been a price adjustment, for the consultation, being as though we never touch my taxes. Then he pushed me to the back of the line in steady of thinking, “ Tracy just paid me $500 for tax help. The first one to fully pay for tax help. Sadly, I was put behind a group of people that haven’t even calls him for tax help yet. Then told that I must call him in March. What kind of professional is this? Good customer service is hard to come by. And no matter how many times he was on Fox 45. He was not professional in his consultation with me. He laughed at my pain, the call dropped several times because of him driving, so clearing I did not receive. Unacceptable. Hope he doesn’t do this to other people that trust him."
