"After living here for the past 7 months I would say it's a good place to live for the benefits it provides. They allow most pets and a decent number of them too. They pick up trash and recycling once a week. The maintenence guys are helpful and expedient. They have space for multiple cars in unmarked spots (only one of your own specifically). The people that work in the office are friendly and helpful. The town homes are great in most aspects. The kitchen is quite small with little counter space and limited room for a table. The main bathroom with the shower is tiny and not great for three people to use. The bedrooms and living room are all decent sized but dont allow for too much furniture. The neighborhood is not exactly quiet because there's a lot of people around, but it isn't bothersome unless windows are open. Overall good place to live based on the amenities and low cost."
