"So I have been In this clinic since 2019 and wasn't clean the entire time. But the day I last used was 1/21/21. 35 clean drug test. I got pregnant the same day I got clean and my son is now 2 BTW. 35 clean drug tests and all of a sudden they tell me today that I fail for feyntal. Witch I haven't touched a drug since Jan 21st of 21. So of course my privileges are taken and I'm told because I'm "using" again they won't even let come down any more. Yes I'm on 48mgs trying to leave this clinic because they are so screwed up here. I tried calling the complaint line I tried repaying to have the test retested because I know it's a false pos. But all they say is it is what it is you shouldn't have used. I filed a grievance. I don't know what else to do. I know I didn't use and wouldn't do that to my son. But you know this place they use to send the drug tests to that give false positives is believed over me when I hadn't failed a drug test in years. Don't go to this clinic go to a different one. They are all mean anyway and treat you bad when they think you used but you haven't. My next step is contacting a laywer to see what can be done about this. Because this isn't right. I didn't use."

"The clinic itself is fine in my 8 month experience, however, WARNING: they cut corners by using a very bad (but cheap) laboratory for their drug tests. It is called Clinical Science Laboratory. Not JACHO accredited! And, if you google the results for the lab they use, you will see it just paid out a 1.5 million dollar claim for their incompetence. After six years without a dirty drug test, they claim this incompetent lab has tested me positive when I have not used. This has had ridiculous consequences for me for something I didn't do, and several others have experienced the same fate. I am proving my innocence with a 500$ hair follicle test from a JACHO accredited Laboratory at my own expense, to try to fight this going forward, but the clinic staff believes their incompetent Laboratory over its clients. This treatment saved my life, so if you have no other option, go here. However, if you can, I share honestly to help no one else experience this turmoil. God bless all."

"The people here lie about patients and make things up to make it extremely hard for a person to get help. These folks should have their license revoked, half time a nurse sees the patient and doctor isn’t even in the building, by far the most unprofessional place my friend had ever been. They don’t care about a person getting help, all they care about is taking your money and then saying you didn’t pay when u did."

They know this but are putting my life at risk for a positive urine test.
