"If you want to smoke weed and cigarettes all day and night without any regard for your neighbors, this is the place for you. The office does not respond to complaints, does not want to do anything about those who disturb the quiet enjoyment of other residents. They accept housing vouchers, so if you are paying full price, this is something to consider before signing a lease."

"Terrible leasing office. Have had numerous issues with them over the years. After I moved out and I received confirmation from the manager *in writing* that someone else had moved in, I paid my final bill. Then they added an additional charge for over $600 after the fact. (was not due to damage, i got my security deposit back. they altered the dates of rent i was responsible for when someone else was living there.) Now I have to deal with a debt collection agency due to their incompetence. On the flip side, the maintenance guys are absolutely awesome. Shout out to Sean/Shawn, dude with the ponytail. Super nice/chill and always very helpful."

"If I had the opportunity to speak with the owner of this Morgan Properties, I would tell him that unfortunately the people who work in that office are only decoration, because they do not know how to give information, they give it incomplete or they do not give anything... When you report they only tell you “yes, we are going to notify the manager” or “we are going to do something”, but they don't do it. It's been more than a month since I reported that a homeless man is sleeping in the laundry room and they don't do anything. If you are thinking of moving to this place you should know that their prices are very high, wait month after month. and they charge you something you don't know, and I know that some even have mice. The manager is another person who is in the clouds, I think only the maintenance people know how to do their job... unfortunately it is a beautiful and quiet neighborhood, but they have to put pressure on their workers. I'm the person who doesn't really do these things, but they don't really give me a choice. It's actually been about 2 years since I moved and the people who worked in this office were very good at their jobs, they explained everything to the letter and had several charitable actions with the neighborhood, but the ones now only make you angry."

"These 5 stars are for the team of people handling the maintenance, and for the residential community itself. They make it truly great to live here. **The people on the maintenance team are lovely, efficient, knowledgeable, welcoming, and organized professionals.** They should be running the whole show here. They're incredibly responsive, they're experts, and they act fast, no matter what is going on, 100% of the time. They're on top of it, and they're also just *awesome people* in addition to the incredible work they're doing. We cannot say enough nice things about them, to be honest. This maintenance team, and the residents/community of neighbors, make this complex a wonderful place. If you might feel a little turned off at times by the customer service from the leasing office, don't sweat it. Know that 100% of the rest of the experience living here is outstanding, and it is absolutely worth it to push past any hit-or-miss customer service you might experience directly with the leasing office. You will really love the actually-living-here part. This place is great. The quality of service and the expertise throughout the maintenance team simply cannot be overstated. Based on the rent prices here, it's kind of hard to imagine their salaries are half as high as they deserve, but I really hope Morgan Properties is paying every single person on this maintenance team top dollar."
