"Very unprofessional, and rude. The lady answering the phone first thing in the morning acted like it was a huge inconvenience that I called trying to reschedule a visit. She gave me a terrible attitude the whole time I was on the phone with her saying she can't help and that I needed to call my employer. I took that to mean she couldn't cancel or reschedule the appointment, so I figured out a way to make it in at the worst possible time for me. I get there on time to her snapping at me that she was the one I talked to this morning, and I called to cancel and she canceled it, its not her problem anymore. I got it rescheduled, no thanks to them after their terrible customer service. I guess this is what you get when you're not paying for a service, the employer is. They don't need to satisfy you, or make it a pleasant experience. I wouldn't be back if my hopeful employer would have another option."

"If I could give a 0 star, I would. Very unprofessional, rude, and nasty. Took the nurse 6 times to get my blood pressure right and ended up leaving indents on my arm with red marks. Front desk person was very nasty to me and talked bad about a patient that had just left the office. I will not be coming back!"

"Nice multiple use facility. It has a Convenient care office for minor illness & injury, that's open daily, 7 days a week. 2 primary care physician offices. Several different medical specialty offices. And a rehabilitation, lab & x-ray services site. It has a decent amount of parking, including multiple handicapped parking spaces right next to the building. The building cannot be seen from the main roads, and was difficult to find on 1st visit. It is located in the Beaver Valley Mall shopping center, on the backside, corner directly behind what used to be the Sears Automotive service building. (** The 1 thing I do want to point out is when you stop at the stop sign to go across and turn into their parking lot. The traffic coming up the hill, does Not have a stop sign. But there are no signs that let you know it. **)"
