"We did not have a good experience here and so unfortunately; we would not recommend this daycare to others. Even when our child first started here, nobody introduced themselves to us so we never knew (and don't know), who our child had as a teacher when he was an infant, when he was two years old, and so on. Before he was potty trained, my son was handed to me at pickup full of poop every single day; stuff all over his face. I hesitate to write this review as we hate to be mean because they could have a lot of kids, maybe, but we didn't feel like the basic care was good at all here for those reasons. One time, he went into daycare with no rash and came out with a rash so bad that he could not stand up and we almost took him to the emergency room. We just weren't satisfied, and I really wanted to like it---we wanted a high-quality place that follows the rules, and I felt like there was a ton of TV watching here. The teachers from what I've seen and experienced with myself and others, always hunted parents down to tell them how bad their kids were but never anything positive. I just kind of got tired of my son crying and shaking and saying he didn't want to go back because so and so (insert teacher's name here) was "really mean", he would say. He would cry and shake. I am also sure that there's a couple of really good ones here though, but that's what he would say in the car all of the time and he would cry a lot about it. During his final two weeks at the center, he was hurt four times in a row pretty seriously. Sometimes you get a paper about it, sometimes you don't. We finally made the decision to officially pull him out, like the last straw, when I was putting his coat on in the hallway trying to get in and out and heard a teacher loudly declare in a room full of really young children that if a child (was not referring to my son but someone else's child) did not sit down that she was going to beat his a*s. It just wasn't a good fit for us. Once we moved him, everything got a ton better and everyone's pretty happy. I am so happy that he is having a great school experience but I do regret not removing him from here a little sooner. I hate to post negative reviews, but I tried to voice genuine concerns and didn't feel like anyone cared. We just had genuine concerns."

"My 8 month old daughter goes here and they are amazing with her! She is always happy when I pick her up. They have the mobile app to keep you updated throughout the day- it’s a peace of mind! The daycare is very clean and the kids are always content and happy when I go in the building. The teachers are always so happy and full of energy."

"A Bright Future is the best day care ever! They took care of my twins as if they were they're own. The staff is very understanding and they're always willing to help in anyway they're able to. If it wasn't for my commute I would have kept my twins there."

"The administration and teachers have been amazing with my son. He has been going there nearly a year and they have taken the time to get to know him and myself. We have had issues with other daycares and this is by far the best we have encountered. They really strive to ensure your child succeeds and grows each day. Can’t thank them enough."
