"They seem to provide fine care. But their billing practices need serious work, or are possibly deceptive. The hospital we went to was able to charge our insurance just fine, but Steel Valley Emergency Physicians claim they received nothing back from insurance so they billed me. Work it out with Trinity and my insurance... I'm not paying a bill I received because you can't communicate with the right parties. I didn't go to you, I went to the ER. Work it out with them and my insurance. This is not the first time this has happened, either. But how many people get a bill or a Final Notice and just pay? That's where it seems to cross from annoying to possibly deceptive."
