"I was greeted by the front desk staff and she was extremely pleasant. The x-ray tech was friendly and efficient. The doctor was a dear, pleasant, not arrogant. She explained things and shared the pictures as she went along. She was not anxious to jump into surgery but wanted to further look at past studies. Other front office staff kind and helpful. Very positive experience!"
