"Miss Tabby, Miss Amanda and Miss Storm are the best! I enjoy seeing all of the fun my daughter has on a daily basis! Also, thank you to Shelia and Amber for all you do to make sure things run smoothly!"
"I just wanted to give notice to what an incredible infant room they have here. Miss Tabby, Miss Amanda and Miss Storm are all very caring and my daughter has progressed so much while in their care. Thank you for all you do! Also wanted to give a shout out to Shelia and Amber! Thank you for all you do!"
"I am utterly horrified by the lack of care and attention my nephew received during his time at this Kindercare facility, which ultimately resulted in his unjust removal. From day one, it was abundantly clear that the staff had no interest in tending to the children's needs, and my nephew's well-being seemed to be of little concern to them. Despite the promises of a nurturing environment, my nephew's experience was marked by neglect. He would often share stories of being left to his own devices while the staff engaged in their own conversations and activities. It's disheartening to think that a place that's supposed to provide proper childcare could be so dismissive. What's even more shocking is that instead of addressing their shortcomings and providing the support he needed, they chose to kick my nephew out, claiming he was too much of a handful for them to manage. They mentioned how my nephew, along with two other children were the "problem children" in the classroom, which is utterly disgusting to address children under their care. This decision speaks volumes about their lack of professionalism and dedication to the well-being of the children under their care. Throughout his time there, we witnessed staff members ignoring his cries for help and walking away from him when he needed assistance. It's as if they had no interest in fulfilling their responsibilities. As a family member, I am devastated by the emotional toll this negligence has taken on my nephew, culminating in his unwarranted removal. Despite expressing our concerns to the management, they showed no willingness to rectify the situation. I strongly urge any family considering this Kindercare to think twice before enrolling their nephew or any child under their care. Children deserve a safe and supportive environment, and this facility falls gravely short of providing that. Spare your nephew or any child the heartache and trauma by steering clear of this Kindercare."
"Both our kids have been at Kindercare Douglassville for a little over a year. They’ve been in Infants, Toddler, PreK1 and PreK2 so far. We have had the best experience with literally everyone at our center. From day 1, Ms. Rhonda in infants loved on our little baby and brought peace to my anxious mama mind. Ms. Anna and Ms. Storm teamed up to help my oldest feel safe and relaxed at school. They both were patient and understanding with him, helped him find his voice, and let him get his sillies out! They comforted him when he was sad, and cheered him on through new activities. We’ve had the pleasure of having Ms. Scarlett teach both our kids, and her calm personality and soothing words have helped to calm both our kids. She is the sweetest, along with Ms. Amanda in Todds. Amanda takes extra care to learn the kids interests and favorites so she can incorporate them into their days, and I love that! We have Ms. Kacey in PreK2 and I cannot say enough great things about her. Our oldest has an anxiety disorder and I’ve thrown so much at Ms. Kacey (and Sheila, Amanda C. And Amber) and they’ve done amazing helping to make him feel comfortable at school! Ms. Kacey makes drop-off fun to help put him at ease, and I cannot thank her enough for warding off the teams and bringing on the smiles! Literally everyone we come into contact with at the center has been the sweetest! I’m so glad we chose Kindercare."
