"This is honestly such a great experience for my wife and I so far living at Bainbridge. First off, the management teams have been nothing but welcoming and helpful throughout the entire process from the tour scheduling, all the way through the paperwork and eventual move-in process. The maintenance team have been attentive, and we've never had to wait longer than 24 hours before getting any work orders completed. The team is professional, and they will try everything in their power to make sure you have a wonderful experience. As for the facilities themselves, they are exactly what you would want for what you pay for. They are very well-kept, clean, and offerings like the water and coffee/tea/hot chocolate bar are immaculate additions. The premises is safe and maintained. Easy access to all kinds of shops and restaurants. We have no complaints and would absolutely suggest Bainbridge for a place of residence for someone looking for higher end living in Frederick."

"Sade was an excellent guide. She was extremely knowledgeable about the floor plans and property as a whole, while remaining pleasantly conversational and funny, too. She was direct in her approach, getting all of the information she needed to show me each apartment I needed to see to make my decision. The units were thoughtfully designed and the amenities are top notch. They’ve got great outdoor spaces and a well-equipped fitness center, along with comfortable co-working spaces that rival the best in style and substance. The only concern I have is price. Though the value is there for now with the unbeatable specials they’re offering, I worry that my income won’t meet their increases annually and my budget might be blown at the end of my lease term. I’m looking for someplace to live for a longer time and worry about being unable to travel if spending so much on my rent. For those who have bigger budgets, though, this is an awesome choice."
