You can see the cleanliness when you enter the building. You can see that the maintenance is excellent and the attention from the office is excellent. They make the resident feel at home with their attention, their kindness, and above all the good service, they are excellent hosts, I love everything in order."

After our application was approved, she personally called us to let us know and told us what the next steps would be. She kept us in the loop throughout the whole process. "Just signed my third contract with Lake Linganore Apartments. I love that I was the first resident to live in my apartment. I love my neighbors, and the dog friendly environment. Although the dog park is in desperate need of attention. The amenities are top notch. In fact some of my friends living elsewhere call this place "club med," saying that people take vacations to places that look like this. I would be remised if I didn't speak highly of the maintenance team. I usually interact with Fabian, he is prompt, thorough, and very professional. I feel well taken care of with him and the team. If you get the chance to move to my community...take it...but only if you keep it classy."
