"UPDATED- they will charge you for normal wear and tear upon exit! We lived here for almost 4 years and we enjoyed it for the most part. Upon move out, I had the apartment professionally cleaned. Then we received a bill for almost $500 to replace the stove top that was listed as "beyond repair". Mind you, we never misused or mistreated the stove top, we used it for cooking with regular pots and pans for the last 3+ years. The most used part of the stove had normal wear and tear scuffs on it, like any stove top. The stove was operational and there was nothing wrong with it. Beware that Urban Green will lead you to believe they genuinely care for their residents until move out where they will make ridiculous claims and charge you for items that have normal west and tear. Scam artists!"
"I moved in recently, and the front office was super helpful and more than accommodating through the entire process. They made everything super easy, and were extremely nice to deal with. We've been in the apartment for about 3 weeks now, and it's been great. Maintenance was easy to schedule and work with. The area is really nice too. Overall a 10/10 experience, and happy we chose this place over some of the other apartments we were looking at."
"My wife and I moved to Urban Green about two months ago and absolutely love it. It sits within 2 minutes of I-270 which makes the morning commute that much easier and quicker. The neighborhood has lots of areas to walk, plenty of nearby restaurants with more being built as we speak, a nice size dog park area, and the common areas are always kept clean and sanitized. The office staff (shout out to Matt and Andrew!) have been awesome - emails are answered usually within one business day and requests/concerns are handled very quickly. We had one small maintenance issue with our dishwasher which was handled the same day we submitted the repair request. Overall Urban Green gets a 10/10 Would Highly Recommend! Another perk for dog owners is the Green K9 canine store located in the complex. They offer a whole host of products, groom services, and doggy day care which makes owning a dog at Urban Green that much easier."
"I had a one year lease at this apartment, it was a beautiful place and located in the perfect area. I had an apartment on the lower level and it was a beautiful apartment but after living there for a year I had experienced problems with bugs, snakes, mice, and even frogs. I called pest control to come out multiple times. I had also done bug bombs, but still had problems with bugs. This was one of many issues I experienced at this apartment complex. They once called me claiming that there were complaints about "my child". The only issue was that I didn't have any kids. As a "professional" leasing office wouldn't you make sure you are calling the RIGHT PERSON. The leasing office was extremely incompetent and inefficient. When trying to contact them they would continuously claim that they didn't receive your emails or phone calls. Even at times where they did receive it, they didn't email you back. Nearing the end of my lease, I had forgotten to give them notice that I was not going to be staying. They said I would have to stay there for an additional 2 months on a month to month lease. I did not mind that but the month to month price was more than double what my rent cost, which I thought was completely ridiculous. These were just some of the many examples I could give of reasons why not to move to this apartment complex. If you move here you will definitely regret it, I know I definitely did!"
"My husband and I have lived here for 3 years and it's hands-down the best landlord we've had. Repairs are few but always prompt, and the office is extremely easy to communicate with. Enclosed garage has been excellent and our neighbors in 3360 have been friendly, courteous, and respectful. No mice or roaches, no leaks or broken appliances. Utility bills are very reasonable."
