"I never even got to see the doctor! My primary care physician faxed over all my paperwork well over a month ago. I followed up with receptionist at Ohio Valley Rheumatology twice and spoke to Shelia. The first time I called it had been maybe a week since they received my paperwork and was told the doctor hadn’t reviewed it yet. The second time I called I was rudely told that “ I might get a call with an appointment date in two weeks.” They need a new reception . I can’t be the only person that has been treated poorly by her!"

"Wouldn’t recommend this office to anyone. Anytime I call in with a question, the receptionist, Sheila, is extremely rude. Imagine having an issue in which you need to speak to someone on the medical staff, and you’re told to stop calling. Terrible experience."
