"Now that Dr. Haddad retired, the only doctor I take my kids to is Dr. Deacon. Some of the secretaries are nice, a few nurses, but I'd rather my boys see Dr. Deacon than anyone else there. The other doctors need to listen to parents more, not be so dissmissive, maybe work on their bedside manner."

"Worst place ever. Because a parent is picky they want to dismiss children. Dont get me wrong not all of the doctors there are horrible, but 9 times out of 10 they are. Asked a question today doctor got ignorant thought it was ok to talk to someone with an attitude when it is not. If they are going to be ignorant they should not be in children's medicine. So glad I switched my kids to different docs. It's a shame because this used to be a good place now I wouldn't recommend it if a child was seriously ill. I'd honestly say you'd be better off going to the med center and that's a shame."
