Reviews
"I have been here twice in the last week. They were fast and the dr was nice both times. However they sent my meds to the wrong pharmacy both times."
"I received immediate attitude from the nurse at the front desk. I had a TB test done at another healthcare facility, and they refused to read the test. She continued to give me attitude while telling me that they couldn’t do a physical because I had to be cleared of communicable diseases. She treated me as if I was just a stupid teenage girl. The staff is rude and unpleasant."
"They refuse to read a simple PPD test that was administered by another provider even though all documentation was provided. Made my daughter drive 30 min to show her negative reaction to skin test and have a nurse sign a paper."
"Horrible communication skills and not a very good staff. My friend tested positive for covid there, and they never contacted him. They rate an F for communication !"
"Don’t bother to go here an utter waste of my time. I walked in at 6:15pm today 7/13/23 signed into the kiosk to be seen for abdominal pain because it was an option on the screen even though I have intestinal pains more so. The lady working the desk was one of the rudest people I’ve met. She had to be maybe in her 60s, short blonde hair, heavier set, and wore black framed glasses. I didn’t get her name because I was so P.Oed and left immediately. She immediately says to me “There’s nothing we can do for abdominal pain” I said it’s more so intestinal but there was no option for that. She then replied in a snooty tone: “Do you want an X-Ray or something? We can’t do anything for abdominal pain” I didn’t even get to see a doctor or even sit down for a minute without being berated by her. Stay away from this location and go to Med Express in Chippewa or the ER. You may sit for hours, but at least you’ll be seen and treated by doctors and not shown the door by some rude office worker."
