"Everything is decent at Potomac Commons. The property is pretty well kept up but some things are overdue for updates. The office staff are fine but sometimes make errors and don't catch them. "First off let me start off by saying that Bianca is the best!! I called in looking to find an apartment and Bianca told me there were a few available and that she would email over the paperwork. Usually this takes forever to get a email back from people and she was on top of her game I literally got it while I was still on the phone with her.. Again Bianca you’re the best I can’t thank you enough for all your help with getting me and my little boy a new home❤️❤️❤️"

"This place is not good in the slightest. Constant problems, anytime somethings to be “fixed” either it never actually gets fixed until the third time or you send an angry email or another problem comes. Huge lack of communication when issues such as water fixes come, had to leave my own place just to go to the bathroom. All this plus the rent is sky high? This place sucks."

"I don’t know what all these negative review are for, but my experience has been awesome! Plus, I scrutinize hard when it comes to where I live, what I’m paying for, and services that go with it. The staff here have been amazing since the first bit of interest I showed in moving here. Kim and Gabby have been especially amazing! They are so patient, and understanding, and took all the time I needed to answer my questions with not so much as even a hint of frustration. They were setup well to help me get moved in, even with COVID still in full swing. My apartment is beautiful, and all the appliances are pretty high end and were new looking. The apartment was well prepped for my arrival, and the one small issue I had with the bathroom, maintenance came out ASAP to take care of it. I cannot really fault anything in this place. They also just installed doors that will have codes at every building entrance which is GREAT for security. The neighborhood is very quiet, and I am a night owl and come and go at all hours and have never seen anything that worries me (I’ve been in some tough areas, this isn’t one of them). I also had a lot of items shipped here over the holidays, and never once did I worry about my packages. They also just sent out a letter saying it’s a new year and they are getting ready for the beautification of the grounds. My carpet was also freshly installed, and the air condition and heat are crazy good. I am a Maryland native of 36 years, And have lived all over. This by far is the most satisfied I’ve ever been with an apartment. Read all the negative reviews and take what you will from them, but this is one tough to please, completely satisfied customer here!"
