"The newly renovations to the hallways, walls ,stairs, doors, and flooring is absolutely beautiful and gives the building a warm welcome vibe at the entrance with a hint of class. My family and I appreciate the hard work and the dedication being put into the renovation and the way they are keeping the community. "Jose made us feel at home from the first visit by being welcoming and keeping it real. Helped us in every way to find the place right for us. We happen to move in into one of the renovated apartments and it feels so welcoming. I like the open concept of it. We had to place an order for some things at the apt I wanted to have double check and make sure everything is working appropriately and Marco was there in a timely manner, he did a great job explaining things, and following up. It’s been a good experience."

"Fieldpointe is great so far! We just moved in yesterday, and there’s very little to complain about. Jose and Paula were very professional yet warm and inviting to our family when helping us move in and answered any and questions we had. The property is beautiful and so is our apartment, with many helpful and fun amenities. We were told to mention any and all complaints we had with our apartment to the office so they’d be taken care of. With how courteous, polite, and helpful everyone here was, we heavily look forward to our time at Fieldpointe."

"Management is a mess. I put in a service to have a faucet checked out and they came, without any notice given to me or my family, 2 weeks later. It's a little off putting and scary when you have a stranger just come on in. Another thing is the parking. The parking situation here is horrible, the towing company literally preys on us. They just switched to online passes and I don't know why. They lured us into thinking we would be getting multiple guest passes and there were more benefits but there aren't any! The "multiple guest passes" is really just only a 24 hour pass you can use up to 7 times...after that you have to pay for each night. At least before with the physical passes, you didn't have a certain amount of times you could use it. You could use it for an indefinite amount of times. It also makes me nervous parking now because how does the towing company check cars now if they don't have a physical pass up. What if they make a mistake and tow the wrong car. All in all, don't live here. It's not worth the trouble or money."
