Century Clearbrook

"If you are looking for Apartment Living then look no further. Century Clearbrook is the place to live. It is quiet, safe and well maintained. I have been so impressed looking at the Maintenance Crew out there in the snow shoveling the sidewalks and clearing the snow. Also, if something in your apartment breaks down, once you report it they are on it to get it fixed for you. The Office Staff is friendly and helpful too. I have been here 2 plus years and I love it. If you choose to move here I am sure that you will like it too."

"I like living here but it is billed as a luxury apartment and my appliances are 20 years old. We were told when we decided to move here that it was a possibility to get newer appliances - the stainless steel appliances that some apartments have but then when the new property manager came on board, we were told that isn't a possibility. I like the pool and the fitness center. I don't care about the valet trash and quite honestly could do without it. I usually take my trash down to the dumpster anyway. I think the water bill is astronomical - I owned a full house and didn't pay as much per quarter as we pay per month. The grounds are nice and well taken care of and we appreciate that but we were told our total rent with all the bills would be around 2200 and last month with everything we ended up at 2600. If you are going to charge that much, make sure the appliances get upgraded. Valet trash should be an option and the water bill needs to be lower."

"I would think twice about renting here...extremely unresponsive to problems, management is lax and not sure who is running the place, but an overhaul is badly needed! They seem nice enough when you are looking for a place, but after you move in, it's a different story!"

"Century clearbrook is a very nice, clean upscale facility with an excellent workout room. The staff is friendly and pleasant and always greet you with a smile, (especially the new property manager (Katrina). I would highly recommend anyone looking to move to Frederick to consider the establishment."
