Last but not the least, Thor, the maintenance manager, makes your "settling-in " less stressful. No matter how good an "apartment turnover" company you have there will always be something missed or not working. Thor is most helpful and knowledgeable technician I have had the pleasure to meet. "These are spacious 2br2ba apartments with amazing views. The management has been great with prompt response to any issues that arise. This past week the office manager, Lisa worked with Frederick county public health to pre-register residents for the Co-Vid19 vaccine. They worked with the mobile vaccine unit to administer the vaccine in the office. Pretty awesome and so appreciated. During inclement weather the sidewalks and parking lot have been kept clear. I love living here."

"Both Kim and Lisa, who work in the rental office here at Vista View, have gone above and beyond these past couple of weeks setting up COVID vaccinations for the residents of the community. "I've lived here for a little over a year, but have to move out due to some work location changes. We've had two management companies in our year, and both nothing negative to say about either. Lisa has been there during my entire experience living at Vista View and is always phenomenal with questions and information. Never had any major problems, and the two issues that we did have were resolved quickly. I highly recommend living here. The apartments are a very good size and the view from the top of the hill is appropriately fantastic."

"We have been here since October 2014 and are very happy. The apartments are large and clean with new furnishings. We live on the ground unit and it is very convenient for us when we have to take our dog out. Evan and Natalie are wonderful, they have always worked with us and are friendly and attentive. Anytime anything breaks or we have a problem(which is rare) Thor comes right down to fix it. The view is beautiful, it is also very quiet here and the people living here are professional and friendly. We have no complaints and will stay here until we decide to buy."
