"Office hours are never as avertised or posted. Office had a paper sign saying closed for lunch be back at 1. At 3pm, still no staff in the building. Left multiple messages. Next day, no staff in the office. We've been calling for 4 days to get our son's shot records, they told us they'd have them ready to pick uop, and we MUST pick up in person- but there's no staff in the building for several days. Must be too preoccupied with the botox clinic to care about the pediatric patients"
