"We came here because my 4 month old was experiencing Covid symptoms after being subjected to it at daycare. We were here around closer to quitting time and staff didn’t seem concerned with it at all. They did not even want to test her until I had to ask them too. They did a test it was negative. They looked very quickly at her and in her ears. The PA looked for a brief second and said she has ear infection to treat her for that. Despite my infant having other symptoms not even associated with an ear infection. Went to my pediatrician a few days later because I wasn’t sure that the PA knew what they were doing since they examined her so quick and my Pediatrician said she didn’t have an ear infection and everything looked normal. Well my infant took the antibiotic for a few days and ended up getting a yeast infection at 4 months old when she didn’t even need an antibiotic or have an ear infection to begin with. I feel staff was just in a hurry here and didn’t care what the diagnosis was but was looking to tell us something so we’d be satisfied and leave. I will never come back here or recommend friends or family to come here."
"I was there with my 3 grandkids and let me tell you that it was so filthy in the room that we were put in. The floors looked like they haven't been cleaned in months and months!!!! There was no Kleenex in the room for me to wipe my granddaughters runny nose, the staff was no where to be found. As we were waiting for results from an x-ray, 45 min later, I asked a nurse if they were in, she immediately said no, as if I was bothering her for asking, never even checked to see, then I hear a Doctor say they were in!! Horrible!! Someone definitely needs to clean, I thought hospital's were to be sanitized and clean????"
"Will never go to Washington location again. My 7 year old tested positive for strep, 15 month old was experiencing the same symptoms of my 7 year old. I wanted to have him tested for step. When I arrived a very unpleasant Nurse came in and said “so what exactly do you want your son seen for today” I said I would like to have him tested for strep since his older brother has it, then she rudely said “we won’t treat him for strep even if he is positive, we don’t treat anyone under the age of 3 for strep”. I said well that’s not what I was told by the MD who tested my 7 year old. She said she would test him and if positive he would be treated with antibiotics. Then the lady said “we’ll I don’t know who told you that but I have a book on pediatrics and it states not to treat kids under 3 for strep” I said it was an MD who told me. She then said “nah I bet it was just an front desk lady who had no idea what she was talking about because they were busy” she then said “we can still him if you’d like” no if you aren’t going to treat him if he is positive then don’t bother. So I left. Took my 15 month old to the pediatrician today and she said 100% they will treat any age for strep. My pediatrician was very apologetic for this nonsense I had to do through at Washington express care. They are very uneducated and unprofessional."
"I have never been so upset with a doctor and office! I took my 5 year old to be seen after having a 101 fever and the only thing the doctor said was “it may be the start of the flu or a sinus infection. Her ears are fine and her cough doesn’t require albuterol. Keep pushing Tylenol and Motrin for her fever and it should break.” REFUSED to test for flu, covid, or even RSV. I chose to believe in what the “”medical professional”” told us. Two days later, we are at the ER for a temp of 103. Lo and behold, she has RSV. I’m so glad we went to Cannonsburg to be seen, Washington Express Care is a JOKE."
"Staff was very quick, helpful and compassionate towards my very sick child. We were taken back shortly after registration, and after talking to the nurse the Nurse practitioner came in right away. I’m not even sure if the door shut between them. We had tests taken and they told us exactly how long the results would take and they came in as soon as the results were in. They clearly explained how to care for my child once home and when/if I should return. I was worried about what kinda care we would receive considering the other recent reviews but we did not experience anything negative on our visit."
