"Made an appointment on the only day off I get a year for sick time. Called me to come in early, so I rescheduled my day off, only to be told when I went in that no one ever called me and that I should not blame their staff for mistakes in my understanding of scheduling. So I left and kept the appointment that I initially had. 30 minutes later, they called me again to "move my appointment up" on a third day that I could (at this point) not take off. Told them to stick the appointment and cancelled it all together. When I actually HAD an appointment with them, doctor acted like I was wasting their time talking about my family history of... what? COLON CANCER. The woman actually ignored my family history and concerns. Why people go here and get treated this way? IDK. Maybe I should just take the trip to Pittsburgh and go to a better gastro place."
