"worst experience i’ve ever had, not only have i gone in multiple times and been prescribed the completely wrong antibiotics, but i went in today to get a covid test for work and i sat in the waiting room for 20 minutes. then when telling to nurse my symptoms she was on her phone completely ignoring me. put a blood pressure cuff covered in bleach water on my arm. then waited another 20 minutes in the waiting room again for them to tell me their machines are all down and they have to run it again which would’ve been another 20 minutes with a fever next to elderly patients. the doctor or nurse practitioner, whatever you were, told me i had to be present for my results after i persistently told her i couldn’t sit there any longer without getting sick. told me she would cancel my appointment and over an hour of my time, extremely sick, was just wasted because they wouldn’t give me results either way. so upset and disappointed. this place should be closed down permanently!! you don’t deserve a healthcare job if you speak to patients the way i saw."

"The most unprofessional, uncaring, robotic nurse practitioner I've ever met. More worried about my insurance than me. Heartless individual. If you have any real issues dont water your time."

"Went in with poison ivy. Didn’t want to wait the two week to get into my doctor. Totally prescribed me the wrong thing., suffered for another week then called the online doctor from my insurance. He told me their prescription was not going to do anything and prescribe me the right prescription. Two days later I felt so much better. Don’t wast your time or money!"

"I went in the woman asked me my symptoms did the regular pressure and etc. and that was it. I sat for a few minutes she printed out my paper work, asked if I needed a work note and told me to have a nice day. I was not told what I had other than take an over the counter nausea med. It felt like I was just rushed out and wasn’t important. I have to now drive to an urgent care to figure out what’s wrong with me. I wasted time being here and left with no answers."
