"They don't deserve any stars. They conveniently "never received" the results of a checkup where I was having issues. If I never looked at my FollowMyHealth app to see updates, I never would have known that I was positive for what I was being tested for. They never called. I had to call in to ask why, and they just replied with "we called in a perscription." They never explained anything about what I have and what could happen. I had to ask elsewhere and google it. After learning what I did about them recently being sued for negligence, it does not surprise me. Go somewhere else."

"Don’t waist your time coming here. The doctors are awful, the staff can’t keep up with anything not to mention they are rude. I came here for my first pregnancy and they treated me worse than the dirt on the floor. They treated me for unnecessary things/conditions that I didn’t have, did unnecessary exams and testing, violating my rights as a patient, the doctors don’t listen to your concerns and they are rude and pushy with personal opinions that don’t belong in the practice.I was belittled and humiliated throughout my entire experience here. And during labor they were atrocious. I will not be going back."

"the nurses and staff were amazing. until Dr. Vigder. She lied on my chart and was EXTREMELY rude. She completely talked down on me, treated me as if i was stupid, and YELLED my medical records while charting loud enough for the entire building to hear. First time ever going to the gyno and it makes me want to never go again. highly do not recommend Dr. Vidger."

"To clarify: this review is about Heritage Valley OBGYN, formerly Tri State. This is one of those reviews that is both very positive and negative at the same time. I had two children with this practice and enjoyed all of the doctors here. All good experiences! About to have my 4th child and sadly decided that this is no longer the practice for me. I am not anti-vax but decided to postpone the Covid vax as I was trying to get pregnant and found multiple studies and conflicting info on the impact of the vax on fertility. NY Times recently published one discussing the fact that 42% of women experience menstrual cycle changes after the vax. So I evaluated the risk and delayed until we have our child. Saw one of the OBs at this practice (who I greatly respect) and felt shamed and disrespected as she discussed at length the necessity that I leave the clinic and immediately go get the vax. My views and concerns were completely disregarded. This simply isn’t the practice for me anymore. I have found a midwife who will allow me the freedom to make my own birth plan. This review may help you to choose this practice and may drive others away. I’m quite ok with either. I had very good experiences here until this point and hope you do as well (if you choose to go with them). I just thought other like minded individuals might want to be prepared for an argument if your birth plan strays from the norm or CDC recommendations."

"So disappointed in this place. I have been going here for years and I love the doctors. The last two months no one ever answers the phone directly, you have to leave messages and they won’t get back to you for days/weeks at a time. It’s took me over a week and 3 messages later to get an appointment. Then I called to see if the Doctor wrote the order for a script I needed and for two weeks I couldn’t get a phone call back until I was nasty. They called me back within an hour finally and said the doctor didn’t even tell the office I needed that script. Im am having them send my chart elsewhere. Very disappointed. Loved going here for the past 9 years but they are unreliable."
