"This is apparently a physical therapy establishment but has no way to read or view an individual’s MRI. They don’t offer mechanical traction only manual which consists of someone standing at the end of a bed holding your ankles asking you if you feel better. How are you supposed to treat someone’s individual injury if you can’t view how it’s injured? I got sent home with a home exercise plan and when I went back all I did was the same exercises I got sent home with."

"I just started going to PT a week ago for my leg, however, with the utter disrespect and unprofessionalism from Rachel to my dad who has been receiving treatment for months, I will no longer trust receiving treatment from this facility. "I been going here for mounts first two therapists were great 3 rd not good R A M I Would not let her work with me or any of my loved ones ! They lie I was told yesterday that this would be my last visit by Rachael A MCCall I only saw this lady one other time in the 4 mounts I have been going there she wasted no time getting a letter off to my doctor . My doctor knows me well and will know she’s not telling it like it happened this is called I better cover for this PT company I say if you can’t trust 1 person then you must not trust any off them sad but true truth is she told me this was going to be my last visit like I said MCall only worked with me one other time she’s on a power trip just my opinion don’t use her period just remember this just because someone has a degree from college does not make them a good employee my daughter was to have her 2 nd appointment Friday she is now looking for a new PT office you would think they take my appointments off the UMPC site but for some funny reason they are still there better not bill them for anything after feb 6th so I leave you with this it’s my opinion this person not worth the time of day but you all do what you want but no one in my family will ever trust this place again! PS the reason I updated this I saw and copied the letter she got off to my doctor faster than supper man to me that’s called covering up the truth !"

"I give the new location 5 out of 5! To start off i've had nothing but good experience since I started there. Kari is a wonderful pelvic floor therapist and makes you feel comfortable. Also the Occupational therapist Tracy, Kristen, and Kaitlin are knowledgeable, friendly, and help push you to your goals. Also Linda at the front desk is a great receptionist and makes sure everything is correct with scheduling. I couldn't ask for a better team to help get my knee better."
