"Called on 10/11/23 seeking advice on medication. The lady took all my info and said she would ask the Dr. and call me back. I needed medical advice. Today is 10/ 17 /23 and still no call back. what kind of place is this?"

"Was very impressed knowing I was out of state and have never visited this location before. Everyone was so nice and very patient with my two year old dealing with an ear infection. The NP was very kind and great with children. If we are ever back this way I’ll keep them in mind."

"One of the worst places I have ever been by far. The staff are mostly rude except the lady that gave me my x rays. The woman behind glass used hand sanitizer 6 times in 10 minutes while wearing rubber gloves. Anyone she waited on she considered them to be dirty or something. She was absolutely deranged in my eyes. She treated people with contempt over and over. I will not go back and highly recommend anyone go elsewhere if possible."

"If I could give this place zero stars I absolutely would! I called earlier in the day to confirm hours and was told the lab would be open until 6:00pm. Upon arrival at 4:30pm I was told that they closed at 4:00pm and have been doing so since July. I explained that I had called in advance and the receptionist then with attitude told me to wait while she checked to see if there was anyone there to accommodate us. She came back about 10 minutes later and advised us to check in at the kiosk and have a seat. Approximately another 15 minutes later she called us back up and sent us back to the lab. Upon entering we were told we would need to wait again as it was after hours and blood from previous draws had to be dropped off first. We waited about 15 more minutes before the nurse came out to get my daughter. She immediately launched into a lecture about how we should have been there earlier during hours which I again politely explained I had called and been told they were open until 6. She then after looking at my daughter, could tell that she was already afraid and did nothing to reassure her, in fact she intentionally scared her more waving the needle around and over-tightening the band on her arm. Muttering and talking about how we needed to be there during regular hour not after hours the entire time and then when my daughter said the band was hurting her she refused to draw. She said you need to leave I am not doing this. Come back another day during regular hours. In closing, the staff here is incredibly incompetent, rude, and I would not recommend this place at all!"
