"Everyone in this building took excellent care of me. The front desk lady really cheered me up just by being personable. I wish I could remember his name but the doctor who did my sutures (younger guy) was literally so nice and comforting. He made sure I was feeling no pain so many times and really just made the whole thing less stressful. Will definitely be coming to this location in the future."

"I have been going here for years and never have I been treated so rudely. First off, the one lady at the front desk who is there almost everyday. Was rude and tired/annoyed sounding when I spoke to her. I get that she is probably tired but she is always so rude everytime I go in. You are there to greet and be helpful to customers. Up at the convenient care counter, the one young lady who was helping me was very sweet. She seemed to know what she was doing. The team lead on the other hand, who was rude to me my last visit, kept cutting her off even when she was doing everything right. To the team lead, back off a little and let your coworkers speak to the customers while you are busy with something else. I then get into the office and start with my physical, everything seemed fine. Mind you I was there at 8:30am. I was literally the only one in the waiting room. The male nurse took my blood pressure and then told me my doctor will be there in a moment. 20 minutes later, the male nurse came back to check my blood pressure again. Telling me the doctor is tied up with another patient. I thought okay, the one other patient that came in after me. I sat there for 30 minutes, then the team lead came in and checked my blood pressure AGAIN, not even checking it, she said it wasn't working and walked away. During this whole thing, people who were coming after me was getting taken care of by the same doctor that I was waiting on. An hour has gone by and the doctor finally came in, telling me they were busy and of course I couldn't believe her because I was the only person there. All the doors to the rooms were open. This was by far, the worse experience ever"

"Unfortunately I have to give this place a 1 star. I arrived at 615pm on 12/6/22 well before they closed at 8pm. I checked in at the kiosk and sat down only to be called to the desk 5 minutes later to be told I can't be seen. While I understand the ratio of 5 patients you had in your waiting room exceeded the doctors you had working, at least that's what I was told, maybe put a sign at the front door or at the kiosk that you are no longer seeing patients for the remainder of the evening."

"I went there and was met with the nicest people that were pleasant and helpful. Even though there were many people there, they had me out in less than a 1/2 hour. After dealing with the rude and unprofessional staff at Ellwood Convenient Care, this was so refreshing to see people who actually wanted to work and do their job."
