"Very pleased with front staff. Clean, efficient and caring. Max - CRNP- took his time to diagnose, explain and then made a follow up treatment plan. I hope I never have the need to return, but if I do - I certainly wouldn't hesitate."
"No name tag the girl just walks in and tells me there is nothing they can do for me for a UTI. I thought it was the doctor…then when I got upset and told an actual nurse what she said and asked for her name, HOLLY LIED and said she never said that!!! WOW. Do not go there unless u want to get diagnosed by the girl who dips the stick in ur urine!!!!!!!!!"
"This is only my second time going to the ConvenientCare in Center Twp./Monaca ans unfortunately it was not nearly as satisfactory/productive as the first time. I am only giving 3 stars, as the first time was a decent experience - the staff was friendly, polite and sympathic - the CRNP on duty was very detailed, polite and assigned appropriate treatment. After having that experience, I thought I would be fine returning for due to symptoms not fully being resolved after treatment and new symptoms had developed. When I woke up with a swellowen jawline and pain; I thought, it was time. The staff was polite enough, but the CRNP on Duty - Jamie Jones - was very unhelpful and had very poor bedside manner. It was obvious that I was slightly distressed and concerned. I haven't been feeling well for weeks upon weeks and symptoms seemed to be piling on. However, there was no sympathy, no concern, no nothing. Jamie Jones, CRNP spoke down to me, belittled me and showed very little respect or interest for how I was feeling/thinking. She made me feel like I was there for no reason whatsoever or like I only wanted medicine. It's one thing go, have your symptoms looked over, be given an explanation and be told that there isn't a need for medicine, but be advised to do this, this and that to help relieve symptoms; to be given respect and concern. However, it's another to be belittled and made to feel like you are wasting their time and just a major inconvenience to them. I would not be there had I not felt a need to be and I would not have spent $ to see someone had I not felt I needed too. Trying to get into the PCP is extremely inconvenient and not possible on weekends. Which is why they created these places, but this kind of treatment and behavior from a CRNP is exactly what gives places like this (and all Doctor's Offices) bad names and keeps people from getting needed and necessary medical attention. Highly disappointed in the way I was treated - attitude wise - and I will think twice before I return or recommend this place to anyone."
"Do not go here if you are in need of care! I injured my foot and stopped there at 7:45PM, the sign says they close at 8. The women at the front desk asked what was wrong, and I said I injured my foot and I would like to have it looked at and may need an x-ray. She told me they were closing and couldn't help. I asked so you close at 8 or 7:45? She said take a Tylenol and come back tomorrow morning at 8AM. I asked if any other sites could see me since they didn't want to help and she stated all the convenient cares close at 8. I said that doesn't seem convenient. No cars were in the lot, all the ladies were sitting in the front office talking, they could care less about patient care, just wanted to leave at exactly 8! As a side note, I left there and went to the ER in Beaver. They did an excellent job and had me in and out in under 40 minutes, xrays and all!"
