"Absolute worst manager ever!!!!!! My husband has been going here weekly for many years. He truly believes in supporting local companies. I bought a battery (thats what they call it you screw your liquid vape into it) Anyway, I could’ve bought it cheaper on line but the husband wanted me to support them. I don’t smoke everyday only when I can’t sleep. So 2 weeks later I couldn’t sleep & boy was I upset the battery would not work. We called there and the manager said no exchange no refund “because its been so long”!!!! Are you kidding me what kinda policy is that. Still had the receipt & packaging. So basically my now $17 item I just purchased to support a terrible local company & was unable to use went in the trash! What kind of policy is that after being a long time dedicated customer. NEVER AGAIN EVER!!!! We took our business elsewhere (on line) no cost in gas & was less expensive. Worst company ever & we have been spreading the word in our community. BE WARE RETURN POLICY MEANS YOU BUY IT BROKE OR NOT ITS YOURS!!!!! NO REFUNDS NO EXCHANGES!!! Who would risk a regular buyer over $17 which means their cost was $8.50 in return for hundreds of dollars lost on a regular/weekly buyer?? THIS PLACE! I wouldn’t even walk in that store if it was the last resort. No worries now it’s time to put the savings in our pocket & the heck with rude local businesses like them. Adios"
