"To all bourbon drinkers!!! BEWARE Be cautious with this store. Started shopping here when Jake was the manager and the store was ran great. If you were a loyal customer Jake would make sure you got good bottles. Once Jake left, is when it started going down from here. Just for reference I spent over 6000 at this store last year. The two day time sales associates Kurt and the blond hair lady would tell me all the time, yea we have cases of jd10 and jd12 in the back, we have full cases of pappys in the back but there not for any of you guys we can’t get any of that to you. So I continued to buy what they did put out on the shelf . After I bought so much they labeled me as a secondary market seller and started treating me like garbage to the point I refuse to go in on daylight, won’t talk to me literally ignore me and my mom while we come in now. I run a bourbon group in Washington county and have bought over 250 bottle for my personal collection since January 2023, I have never resold a bottle that I purchase but feel great when a store targets you for no reason, plus the two daylight sales associates told me to buy everything off the shelf since they couldn’t get bottles from the back. To top this all off I snuck in the other day to see what was happening and got told Oo yea we have jack Daniel’s koy hills and all other kind of stuff in the back but its not for customers like you. Was told it’s for dr that buys cases of wine. They are who get these bottle because they buy so much wine. the rare bottle go to them and all transactions are done in the back store so other customers don’t see. I will say they do put some things out on the shelf but it nothing near what they get. And anything you really want you will never get because if you start buying enough to qualify form them the staff will judges you and in a sense black list you from the store.
