"If you want to live in a prison this is the place for you at the maple valley apartments. If you want a decent place and a respectful landlords and property manager go somewhere else. They do not give any kind of notice will enter your apartment when you are not home and won’t tell you. When you move out they claim you caused a bunch of damage to their apartment. We moved into a apartment with stains on the carpet and walls. You have one neighbor that controls the whole apartment and will call the property over kids outside playing. She will have cameras in her window. Get ready to replace your tires like we did with the parking lot. The concrete is basically gone just the metal showing now. The landlord will talk down to you because you are on hud when that’s all he deals with. Do not rent from them at all. Find something better which you will."
